The Topspray process
How a kitchengets sprayed.
Every kitchen runs the same five steps. We're in your home for two days, and we spray your doors in our shop so you can keep using your kitchen while they're away.

We remove the doors, drawer fronts and hardware, and label every piece so it goes back in the same spot. The frames stay on the wall, and everything else goes to our shop.

Before any sanding or spraying, we build a sealed plastic chamber around your kitchen and filter the air inside it. Dust and overspray stay in the chamber instead of spreading through your home.

We degrease and sand every surface so the paint sticks, and fill any dents or holes. The frames are prepped on site, and the doors and drawer fronts in our shop.

We prime and spray the frames on site, inside the chamber, and the doors and drawer fronts in our shop. Spraying gives an even, factory-smooth finish with no brush marks. Your kitchen stays usable while the doors are with us.

When your doors are ready, we rehang them, install the hardware and adjust the hinges so everything lines up, then do a final walkthrough.
